Add links to your profile

Updated June 8, 2026

Links let you point visitors to anywhere you want, like your shop, your booking page, or another site of yours. Each link has a name people see and a web address it opens. It's no trouble.

Before you start

You need to own the profile you're editing. Links are managed on your profile's settings screen.

Adding a link

  1. Open your profile's settings. From your profiles list, open the profile, then choose the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the Profile Links card.
  3. Select Add. A new row appears with two boxes.
  4. In Name, type what visitors should see, like "My shop" or "Book a call."
  5. In URL, paste the full web address, starting with https://.
  6. Add more links the same way if you want.
  7. Choose Save changes at the bottom of the page.

You'll see a message that your settings were saved. Your links now show on your profile.

Removing a link

In the Profile Links card, find the link's row and select the trash button next to it. Then choose Save changes so the change sticks.

My link won't save

The page won't save while a link is filled in wrong. A few things to check:

  • A name is missing. You'll see a note like "Link #1 name is required." Type a name for that link. The number tells you which row to fix.
  • A web address is missing. You'll see a note like "Link #1 URL is required." Add the address.
  • The web address isn't valid. You'll see a note like "Link #1 URL must be valid." Make sure it's a full address with https:// at the front, like https://example.com, with no spaces.

Fix the highlighted row, then choose Save changes again.

The link opens the wrong page

The link goes wherever the URL points. Open the link's row, check the address, and fix any typo. A common slip is a missing letter or the wrong page name. Save your changes after editing.

My links aren't on my live profile

Links only show once two things are true: you saved your changes, and your profile is published. If you saved but visitors still don't see them, check that your profile is published. See publish your profile and save drafts.

What's the difference between links and social accounts?

Links are general web addresses with any name you choose. Social accounts are your profiles on sites like Instagram or LinkedIn, and they show as icons. They live in a separate card. To add those, see add your social media accounts.
