Add and arrange sections

Updated June 8, 2026

Your profile is built from sections. A section is a block of one kind of content, like an article feed, a photo gallery, or a list of products. You pick the type, drag sections into the order you want, and hide any you're not ready to show. It's no trouble.

Before you start

You need to own the profile you're editing. Sections live in the Designer, the screen where you build and arrange your profile.

Adding a section

  1. Open your profile in the Designer. From your profiles list, find the profile and choose Edit In Designer.
  2. In the left panel, find the Add section button and select it.
  3. A grid of section types opens. Each one has an icon and a name.
  4. Choose the type you want. The section appears on your profile right away.

You'll see a short message confirming the section was added, and the new section shows up in the preview and in the left panel list.

What each section type is for

The grid shows every type you can add. Here's what each one holds:

  • Article: blog posts and news articles.
  • Before & After: transformations shown with before and after photos.
  • Event: calendar events with a location and timing.
  • FAQ: frequently asked questions and answers.
  • Form: a contact form for visitors.
  • Gallery: image collections with descriptions.
  • Social Feed: social media posts with engagement counts.
  • Logo: brand and partner logo displays.
  • Menu: restaurant or service menu items.
  • Newsletter: a newsletter signup.
  • Page: static content pages.
  • Product: product listings with pricing.
  • Video: video content from other platforms.
  • Reviews: customer reviews from your business.
  • Business Info: your business details, hours, and contact info.

Pick the one that matches what you want to show. You can add more than one section of the same type.

Putting your sections in order

Sections show on your profile top to bottom, in the order they sit in the left panel.

  1. In the left panel, find the section you want to move.
  2. Point at the grip handle on the left of its row. It's the icon with horizontal lines.
  3. Drag the row up or down, then let go where you want it.

The preview updates as you drag, so you can see the new order. Publish your profile when you're happy with it, so visitors see the change.

Hiding a section without deleting it

You might want to build a section now and show it later. You can hide it instead of deleting it.

On the section's row in the left panel, select the eye button. When the eye has a line through it, the section is hidden from visitors. Select it again to show the section. Your content stays safe either way.

Adding content to a new section

A fresh section starts empty. To fill it, you add posts. A post is one item inside a section, like a single article or one product.

On the section's row in the left panel, select the plus button to add a post, then fill in the form. For the full walk through, see add a post to a section.

Note: Reviews and Business Info sections pull in their content for you, so they don't have a plus button to add posts by hand.

I don't see the section I added

A new section can sit below the part of the preview you're looking at. Scroll the preview down, or check the section list in the left panel. The newest section is usually at the bottom.

If it's still missing, the page may not have finished loading. Wait a moment, then look again.

My section is empty on my live profile

A section with no posts has nothing to show, so it may not appear to visitors. Add at least one post to it. Once a post is in place and published, the section shows up.

Deleting a section

If you no longer want a section, you can remove it. On the section's row, select the remove control and confirm. This deletes the section and its posts, so only do it when you're sure.
