Confirm your email address
Updated June 8, 2026
After you sign up, we ask you to confirm your email address. This proves the inbox is yours and unlocks the rest of your account. It takes one tap on a link. It's no trouble.
Before you start
You need to be able to open the inbox for the email address you signed up with. The confirmation link is sent there, and only you can open it.
Confirming your email
- Sign up or sign in. If your email isn't confirmed yet, you land on a page titled Verify Your Email.
- Open your email inbox.
- Find the message from NoTrouble with your confirmation link.
- Select the link in that email.
That's it. The link confirms your address and sends you into your account. You won't see the Verify Your Email page again.
Sending the confirmation email again
Lost the email, or it never came? You can ask for a new one.
- Go to the Verify Your Email page. You see it whenever you sign in before confirming.
- Select Resend Verification Email.
- The page confirms with "A new verification link has been sent to your email address."
- Open the newest email and select the link inside.
Always use the most recent email. Older links may no longer work.
The confirmation email never arrived
First, wait a minute or two. Email can be slow.
If it's still missing:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Search your inbox for "NoTrouble".
- Make sure the address on your account is spelled right. A typo at sign-up sends the email nowhere.
Then go to the Verify Your Email page and select Resend Verification Email to try again.
I think I used the wrong email address
If you typed your address wrong when signing up, the confirmation email goes to an address you can't reach.
You can change the email on your account once you're signed in. We then send a fresh confirmation link to the new address. For the steps, read change the email on your account.
Why am I still stuck on the verify page?
If you keep landing on Verify Your Email, your address isn't confirmed yet. Selecting the link is what clears it.
Make sure you open the link in the newest email, on a device where you can sign in. Once you select a valid link, the page goes away for good.
What's normal here
It's normal to be signed in but blocked from most features until you confirm. We do this to keep accounts tied to a real inbox.
It's also normal for the email to take a minute. That's the email system, not a problem with your account.
