Reset a forgotten password
Updated June 8, 2026
Forgot your password? No worries. We email you a reset link, you pick a new password, and you're back in. You can do this without being signed in. It's no trouble.
Before you start
You need access to the inbox for the email on your account. The reset link goes there.
Here's a quicker option: you don't actually need your password to get in. You can sign in with a one-time email code instead. If you only want back into your account, read sign in to your account. Use this reset flow when you want to set a new password.
Resetting your password
- Go to the sign-in page at my.notrouble.com/login.
- Switch to the password screen by selecting Use password instead.
- Select Forgot password?.
- On the Forgot Password page, type your email in the Email field.
- Select Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for a message from NoTrouble and select the reset link inside.
- On the reset page, type your new password (the rules are below).
- Save it, then sign in with your new password.
After you ask for the link, the page shows a confirmation message so you know it was sent.
What makes a valid password
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include both an uppercase and a lowercase letter
- Include at least one number
A longer password is always safer. A symbol is welcome but not required.
The reset email never arrived
First, wait a minute or two. Email can be slow.
If it's still missing:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Search your inbox for "NoTrouble".
- Make sure you typed the same email that's on your account.
Then go back to the Forgot Password page and select Send Reset Link again. Use the newest email, since older links stop working.
The reset link doesn't work anymore
Reset links are good for a limited time and for one use. If you wait too long, or you already used the link, it won't open the reset page.
Go to the Forgot Password page and request a fresh link. Then set your new password right away.
I don't know which email is on my account
If you're not sure which address you signed up with, try the one you check most often. The reset email only arrives at the address that's actually on your account.
Still stuck? You can also try signing in with a one-time email code at each address you might have used. Read the article on signing in to your account.
What's normal here
It's normal for the reset email to take a minute. It's also normal for a link to expire if you don't use it soon. Request a new one and you're back on track.
You won't be told whether an email is or isn't on file when you ask for a link. That's a privacy step, so don't read it as a problem.
