Create your account
Updated June 8, 2026
Signing up for a NoTrouble account takes about a minute. You give us a few details, pick a password, and confirm your email. Then your account is ready and you can start building. It's no trouble.
Before you start
You need a working email address you can open right now. We send a confirmation link there, and you can't finish until you open it.
That's the only thing you need. There's no credit card and no setup fee to create an account.
Creating your account
- Go to the sign-up page at my.notrouble.com/register.
- In the Email field, type the email address you want to use.
- Fill in your name. First is your first name and Last is your last name.
- In the Password field, pick a password (the rules are below).
- Open the How did you hear about us? menu and choose an option. This step is optional.
- If you want product tips and the odd recommendation by email, tick the consent box. You can leave it unticked.
- Select Continue.
You'll land on a page titled Verify Your Email. That means your account was created. One more step to go.
Confirming your email
Right after you sign up, we email you a confirmation link. Open that email and select the link inside it. That proves the address is yours and unlocks the rest of NoTrouble.
If the email hasn't arrived, see the section on a missing confirmation email below. For the full walkthrough, read confirm your email address.
What makes a valid password
Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include both an uppercase and a lowercase letter
- Include at least one number
A small tip icon on the form shows this text: "Must be at least 8 characters long, include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character." You do not actually need a special character. A password with letters and a number is accepted. Adding a symbol is fine too, and a longer password is always safer.
The page says that email is already taken
This means an account already uses that email address. Each address can be tied to only one NoTrouble account.
If the account is yours, you don't need a new one. Go to the sign-in page instead. If you can't remember your password, reset it from there. For help, read reset a forgotten password.
If you share an address with someone else, sign up with a different email that only you use.
I filled everything in but Continue won't work
We check each field before we create your account. If a field is empty or wrong, the form shows a short note next to it and stops.
Check these common causes:
- Email must be a real email format, like
you@example.com. - First and Last can't be blank.
- Password must meet the rules above. If it's too short or has no number, the form rejects it.
Fix the field the note points to, then select Continue again.
My confirmation email never arrived
First, give it a couple of minutes. Email can be slow.
If it's still not there, check your spam or junk folder. Search your inbox for "NoTrouble". If you find nothing, you may have typed your address wrong during sign-up.
You can ask us to send the link again from the Verify Your Email page. For the steps, read the article on confirming your email address.
What's normal after signing up
It's normal to land on the Verify Your Email page right away. You're signed in, but most features stay locked until you confirm your email. Once you open the link, you're fully in.
It's also normal for the confirmation email to take a minute or two. That's the email system, not your account.
