Plans and what each one includes
Updated June 8, 2026
We have three plans: Free, Pro, and Team. This page lays out what each one gives you, so you can pick the right fit. It's no trouble to move up or down later, so you're not locked in.
Where to see plans and prices
To compare plans side by side, open your Billing page and select View Plans (or Upgrade to Pro if you're on Free). This opens the Choose Your Plan screen.
Each plan card shows its name, its price, and what's included. The price you see depends on two things:
- Monthly or Annual. Use the toggle at the top to switch. Annual costs less per month, and the card shows your yearly savings.
- Your country. Prices show in US dollars (USD) for most people, and in Canadian dollars (CAD) if your account country is Canada.
We don't list dollar amounts here on purpose. The price on the screen is always the live one for your billing period and country, so trust the card, not a number in a help page.
What's in the Free plan
Free is a real plan, not a timed demo. You can stay on it as long as you like. It includes:
- One online profile
- Sharing files with your contacts
- Creating content, like posts and articles
- Basic insights about your profile traffic
Free gives you 2 GB of storage and up to 10 MB per uploaded file.
What's in the Pro plan
Pro is built for one person who wants to look polished and grow. It includes everything in Free, plus:
- Sharing photos and videos with contacts
- Connecting popular platforms to your content
- Advanced analytics
- A custom domain (your own web address, like
you.com) - AI agent support and API access
Pro gives you more room too: 10 GB of storage, up to 500 MB per file, and up to 500 published posts.
What's in the Team plan
Team is for power users who want scale and full control. It includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Managing profiles for your whole team
- Removing NoTrouble branding from your profile
- Priority support
- Accepting payments from visitors through Stripe
Team gives you the most room: 50 GB of storage, up to 2 GB per file, and unlimited published posts.
Which plan do I need for a custom domain?
A custom domain is part of the Pro plan. You don't need Team for it. If a screen or email suggests a different plan for custom domains, trust this page and the live plan cards, and let our team know so we can fix the wording.
Which plan do I need to accept payments?
Accepting payments from your visitors through Stripe is part of the Team plan. If you're on Free or Pro and want this, you'll need to move up to Team first.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down or canceling keeps your current features until the end of the billing period you've paid for. Nothing you've built goes away when your plan changes, though some paid features turn off if your new plan doesn't include them.
