View and download your invoices

Need a receipt for your records or your accountant? Every payment you make has an invoice you can view and download. It's no trouble to grab a single one or all of them.

Before you start

You need to be signed in to the account, and you need permission to view its billing. Invoices appear once you've made at least one payment on a paid plan.

Finding your billing history

Open your Billing page and scroll to Billing History. You'll see a table of your past payments, with the most recent first. Each row shows:

  • The Date of the payment
  • A short Description of what you paid for
  • The Amount
  • The Status, either Paid or Pending

The table shows your latest payments. To reach older ones, use Download All (see below).

Downloading one invoice

To save a single receipt:

  1. Find the payment you want in the Billing History table.
  2. Select the download icon at the end of that row.
  3. Your invoice downloads as a PDF.

You can open, print, or forward that PDF like any other file.

Downloading all your invoices

To get everything in one place:

  1. Select Download All at the top of the Billing History section.
  2. This opens your billing page on Stripe, our payment company.
  3. On that page, you'll find your full list of invoices and receipts to view and download.

Stripe keeps your complete history, so this is the place to go for older invoices that aren't in the table.

What "Pending" means on an invoice

A Pending status means the payment hasn't cleared yet. This is normal right after a charge, or while your bank confirms it. It usually turns to Paid within a short time. There's nothing to fix; it needs a moment.

If a payment stays unpaid because your card was declined, see fix a failed or declined payment.

I don't see any invoices

A few reasons this can happen:

  • You haven't made a payment yet. Invoices appear after your first charge on a paid plan. During a free trial, before any charge, there's nothing to show yet.
  • You're on the Free plan, which has no charges and no invoices.
  • You may not have billing permission for this account. Ask the account owner for access.

The download didn't start

If selecting the icon did nothing, your browser may have blocked the file. Check for a blocked-pop up or download warning at the top of your browser, and allow it. Then try the download again.
